SILO (RECYCLED ASCON SILO)
Recycled ascon storage silo with heating system can store the ascon produced. The silo is designed to avoid segregation and oxidization of products.
(COLD HOPPER & BELT FEEDER)
Inverter type feeder controls the belt speed from operator room and cold hopper supply crashed asphalt concrete for recycling.
(COMBUSTION CHAMBER)
Specially designed dryer with indirect heating system to avoid direct fire effect to ascon is made of special steel and it gives high endurance at high temperature.
(EMERGENCY DAMPER)
The gas temperature in duct is automatically checked. In case of high temperature, the emergency damper is opened and closed automatically according to temperature sensor.
(RECYCLED ASCON CONVEYING SYSTEM)
The belt system is made of specially designed rubber belt to avoid sticky of asphalt.
(WINCH CONTROL SYSTEM)
Recycled ascon is moved to storage silo by skip hopper and chute. The skip system is controlled by inverter system to give smooth movement in all positions.
(CONTROL PANEL)
The main computer system is window visual type and can secure the production control of recycled ascon. The computer system eliminates noise effect absolutely and gives quality production.
(INSULATED DRYER)
The dryer is ceramic fiber insulated and covered with stainless steel plate to prevent heat loss.The dryer is driven by belt pulley with 4motors and shaft-mounted gear reducer. Therefore, the dryer runs at low noise level, and dust built up inside the dryer is very small.
(LOW NOISE BURNER)
The dryer burner is operated by PID control and combust the atomized fuel by compressed air to increse the fuel efficiency.The temperature is kept at constant level as required and by using intellegent control system, it gives fuel saving and reduce the combustion noise.
