The asphalt in asphalt tank is maintained at a constant temperature by hot oil circulation heated indirectly in which thermal oil is heated by the burner and pumped through the tube coil section to the wide convention heating area.
The temperature and combustion rate of the oil burner is automatically adjusted by hot oil control panel mounted. SPECO hot oil heater is available in units rated at 600,000 to 1.2 million Kcal.
For protective storage and fast heating, an electrical heating system is available.
