SPECO rotary dryers and drum shells with its special design and high mechanical stability for arrangement of lifting flights generate maximum heat transfer while boosting production and reducing hot gas discharge for incredible fuel savings. Spring support type rotary ring completely prevents weight deflection caused by the drum expansion, thereby assuring smooth and steady rotation of the dryer.
The arrangement and shape of discharging flights have been improved continuously. The dryer has the slope of 3~5 and aggregates move into a dryer from enhance to exit by slope with turning. No temperature difference between fine and coarse aggregate by uniform heating given each type of the aggregates. The dryer is insulated with ceramic wool 50 mm and covered with stainless steel to avoid heat loss during the drying process and keep 150 deg.C at 4% moisture contents of the aggregate supply. Optimally insulated and excellently sealed against infiltrated air.
